Urban Modules (Pty) Ltd was established in 1995 by Stuart Whittaker, with the intention of constructing and developing various upmarket residential and commercial opportunities along the KZN North Coast.

Situated in the Ballito Office Centre in Ballito – the construction yard based in Salt Rock (Foxhill) – Urban Modules has been a leading medium-sized construction company for the past 22 years.  During this time, the group has amassed a wide portfolio of developments / projects along the North Coast geographical area.
